Excellent facillities, service and friendliness.
Had to bring the car back a couple of times to complete the work.
I got the impression that the car had been given a thorough assessment not simply a 'tick box' list of fluid changes/checks. All was explained clearly for a non technical person such as myself.
Everything happened as promised.
Every question i asked was answered with knowledge and confidence.
Timeliness and keeping me up to date with all relevant information meant that the whole experience was completely painless.
Excellent service from the body shop but the servicing dept I was waiting for over 50mins to get seen to, while I was waiting more customers came in and I was seem to be pushed back even though I had a 2 1/2 hr drive home on a Friday
Customer service girl that booked me in was great and we were in and out quickly, Richard as always is professional and looks after us.
I have been a customer of Sytner Sheffield since it took over the Hollis Croft premises from Hallamshire Motor Company with whom I had bought BMW's from. On all occasions I have received excellent service and been dealt with by friendly staff members
they did what was needed!
From the moment I left my car to collection was totally professional in beautiful surroundings staff could not have been more helpful.
Lisa(service dept) and Jon/Jason(tyre man) were excellent. Went above what could reasonably be expected

The only thing that let them down was the availability of courtesy cars for customers. My car was required to stay at Sytner overnight and there appeared to be some in Initial concern as to whether they had a spare courtesy car for me.
The car could not have been checked thoroughly prior to returning back to me

Great new bmw centre. I would only ask to greet not only the clients but also saying "hello" to their partner. It is small thing but it makes difference on experience - 80% of customer service is about impression.
I received a letter for recall work on my car's airbags. The letter stated this would take an hour. The employee said it would take 2 hours when i got there but actually took 3 hours to complete - so had to sit in the cafe for 3 hours.
Ask to check gear linkage , but no one passed message on , so was never checked !! Also initially told service would take an hour , it took 2,1/2
I have still got the same issue with the car. Still knocking on full lock when reversing
Tires not present on day.Warranty repair did not fix problem.Tire fitted by Garage 2 months prior is already 50% worn, when the old tires lasted almost 40k miles.Left two messages with centre for contact back, no response.Car wasn't valeted.

Pleased to see that you now have a number of women working from the service front desk. It can be quite intimidating for a woman when faced by an array of men dealing with technical issues to do with the car. The video showing any issues is good.
I had to take the car back as the notice of a fault in the tyres was not removed from the screen. This was inconvenient. Also my blue tooth worked well before the car went to the garage, but now does not. I will be in touch with the garage next week

I have had a persistent problem with my back screen washer which has never been fixed satisfactorily - it may not be their fault!
My issues were dealt with efficiently and to my complete satisfaction. I was looked after and treat with respect. I was particularly impressed with the taxi and driver services provided to get me and my vehicle back to work.

I was kept up to date with the progress of my car and also received the car earlier than expected
My main issue is my diary. Finding time to get my car to Sheffield and leave it for a period of time. So when I did book it in for 2 things to be sorted and only one of those got done (the least important) meaning I had to re book it was frustrating.
The new BMW dealership is excellent. The drive-in servicing process is amazing!

Somewhere between 2 & 3 stars.Good points... Ease of online booking / brand new showroom & drop off facility / professional appearance of the staff.Not so good points... Courtesy lift was a £5 taxi voucher. / I'm still waiting for my invoice
It would have been very satisfied but the car was not charged (it is a 330E) whilst with you even though it was said when I left it that it would be. Everything else was fine.
I feel as though the car is not as responsive as it was when I first purchased and before thereapirs.
The service was excellent but I asked if the average mpg computer function could be checked as it is permanently showing 99.9 but this didn't happen.

There were no issues apart from the lead time for a part, which could not be delivered in time.

Nothing is hidden all up front
Courteous staff and it was a week before you changed premises but it felt exactly the same as always, good atmosphere in spite of all the work that had to be done because of the move.
Parking was tight I know they are moving to better premises and this should not be a problem
Service provided was good and only reason to score low was the service details were not entered into the car computer which I discovered and car had to be textured to the garage ( 100 mike round trip ) to be reentered. BMW did collect & replace fuel
Booked in quick and updated on service, however work asked to be completed was not completed. Booked my car in as i have drove to spain in it and wanted it checking b4 i went, 300 miles into journey goin through france my oil light came on.
Improved collect & deliver availability this time (2weeks). No work required other than service. Good communication.

Very friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble. Even loaded me the model of car for the day which Id asked to try.
You kept me fully informed about the service including managing my expectations about when my car will be ready.
Informed me what the issue was and fixed within the day.
My problem was complete sorted, my car had a complimentary vehicle check which was reassuring and it was washed and valeted.

The salesman, Danny Wood, was one of the best Ive ever encountered. Straightforward, friendly, efficient, understood exactly what I was after, very easy to deal with. And I havent always had good experiences, including at other BMW garages.
