From booking in, to confirmation, the meet and greet then the after care from Sytner everything was fantastic. Scott from the service team did everything he could to make it a great experience (despite my car having issues which can be stressful!).

Took my car in early 8-15 am to have it assessed (cruise control failure) was told parts would not arrive till 1-30 pm finally got home 4-30 pm although helpful James in service kept me informed throughout

Just the expense
The service was carried out effectively and efficiently. However, I requested a quotation for some minor body work repairs. The inspection was carried out but I have still not received the estimate some 10 days after the event.
It means a lot just to take your car in and everything is sorted for you.
The service I received from Sytner Sheffield was first class, from communication to fault diagnosis and repair.
The new showroom in Sheffield was great, however it does seem like you are just a number, in and out as quick as possible. Always get a bottom of the range mini as a courtesy car, not great when you drop of a 5 series and have clients to pick up.
Every thing went to the given time scale
Staff were very accommodating and able to fit my service in whilst I waited for the car despite not being advised beforehand.
My service was dealt with by Scott walker at Sytners in Sheffield, he made the whole experience straight forward, no hassle and a pleasure. He was very helpful and so understanding. A credit to the company.

I have always had excellent service at Sytner Sheffield. Though the move to the new showroom has made it slightly more inconvenient to visit the dealership (offered a lift to work, but not back and had to get at taxi!) - used to walk there.
I was more than pleased with the excellent way LISA BLYTHE rearranged the appointment for my cars MOT due to the bad weather.
Sytners arranged for the collection of my car, repair and return without any effort on my part.
I was well looked after and all of the work was carried as agreed. My car looked immaculate when I collected it.
The hire car opportunity meant I did not have to wait around for the work on my car to be completed

The new premises are very impressive. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. There are refreshments and a comfortable seating area while you wait.
Level of service at BMW Sheffield was very good when I took the car to have the work done. Pricing policy was not clear however through the call centre when the brake fluid change was booked. Cost more than quoted despite no extra work.

When I rang to book the service, I gave the details of what was needed - oil change according to display. Was quoted I think £210. Got to the dealers and the actual cost was £350 as it was a major service. Not impressed

There was nothing wrong with my experience
Whilst I understand the facility and space restrictions at the old West Bar location, I am yet to be convinced that a trip out of the City to Brightside is a bundle of fun.
The service department was excellent, the experienced service advisor kept me informed through the whole process and was a pleasure to do business with.

Service done but I agread to the car been washed but it had large sections missed on the paintwork and the inside was dirtier than when Ieft, the door cards and especially the interior door handles where covered in dirty hand marks and we felt dirty.
I got the service I expected
Excellent facillities, service and friendliness.
Had to bring the car back a couple of times to complete the work.
I got the impression that the car had been given a thorough assessment not simply a 'tick box' list of fluid changes/checks. All was explained clearly for a non technical person such as myself.

Excellent service from the body shop but the servicing dept I was waiting for over 50mins to get seen to, while I was waiting more customers came in and I was seem to be pushed back even though I had a 2 1/2 hr drive home on a Friday

The handover was disappointing. I would have expected some 'VIP' treatment but instead I was asked to wait outside in the cold and rain and the car was driven out to me. I would have liked to have driven my new BMW out of the new showroom myself :(

Theres a warm welcome on arrival. Hot drinks and great tv to view. The cars on display are excellent. Theres the full range but not necessarily every model in every colour.
Everything went through quickly, they prepared the car within a few days and the Salesman stayed in contact making sure that we provided everything we needed to pick the car up when we had agreed.
Every effort was made to ensure that everything was covered. A thorough job was done to ensure that we were comfortable and that the process was tailor made to meet our needs and levels of technical understanding.

Once ordered good communication. App for tracking orders would be useful - other manufactures do. Good handover in the fantastic new showroom. Premium paint protection - e.g. ceramic is a cost option I would take. Not convinced with Autoglym lifeshin
