Excellent advice and service
I would have liked to have recieved the video showing the damage to my tyre
Told how long the car was required for and so could plan round it and it was available as stated ready to pick up all sorted.
Staff always helpful, efficient and prompt.

Service is wonderful
I feel like people care if Im happy or not. Refreshing to find a dealer that believes you (intermittent fault).
From the above, I needed a part which was just a reflector light perhaps five minutes to fix. It would have been a higher score if this had been in stock and sorted on the day. As it was I had to come back a week later for another appointment.
Once we got the accounts mess sorted out I was treated well and promptly.
The work was carried out efficiently and much quicker than expected.The car has a high mileage but now drives like new, due to new part in DTC and new Diff.
From booking the appointment, having the vehicle collected, receiving a video of the checks completed to dropping my car back off it worked perfectly.
The drive in service and speed at which the service was carried out was very positive. I purchased an upgrade for the car whilst in service without prior booking and the parts were fitted with while I waited without having to rebook. Excellent.

I wasnt kept as informed as I would have expected about the problems. The car was returned dented, which I had to point out and insist they repaired.
Unable to fault - service completed within agreed time and cost. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Customer service on the day was great. However as well as my comments on Q1, we were sold the vehicle on a long life servicing basis which is clearly not the case as our car was at 11k miles. And I dont agree with the its how its driven excuse.

The service was completed efficiently, pleasantly and professionally. I was kept in touch with progress at every stage, which enabled me to complete other duties whilst waiting.
My vehicle was returned with dirt on the cream leather, loan vehicle while my car was being serviced was manual rather than auto, and although the dealer had attempted to clean, a previous customer having smoked in the car was noticeable.
Unfortunately the work completed required a follow up visit due to a faulty component that subsequently had to be changed
I was contacted in advance to ensure that I knew how to access the Service Centre
They explained everything and kept me in informed at all the times

My concerns were taken seriously. Had a road test with the Head Technician.Although one problem was rectified I didn't get any feedback re noise problem that was making me unhappy so don't know the outcome of the investigations/remedial action taken
I have been reporting a bust boot release switch in the drivers door, takes 21/2 years to fix as no recorded of it every time I book inWhen the jobs carnt be completed at the time of visit I never get called back to rebook

How buying a car should be
Michael Radford was very professional and kept me informed of the progress from ordering to handover he also helped me with sorting the transfer of my private registration plate
Sytner BMW looked after me from ordering the car letting me know when the car left the factory and when it arrived in the country to receiving the car and also taking care when the car went faultysales and service staff friendly
The staff at Sytner Sheffield have been very helpful and efficient throughout the purchase experience and this has continued through to aftersales.

Toby and Paul in the Sheffield branch were both excellent. As we were purchasing the vehicle with optional extras and also without physically viewing it Toby really went over and beyond by making videos for us! The car reveal could have been better.
No pressure sales, but informative buying process. A no rush extended test drive was given to us which helped seal the deal as we could explore the car and its features. Handover was smooth and professional by Toby. Couldnt have asked for more.
Although the car arrived with the wrong spec, Danny and Paul sorted everything out - they were amazing!
