Excellent and effective.
The car faulted, taken to dealer. Instructed to collect as no fault to then fault hours later. Explained to engineer car required driving to heat up but just left to idle. When road tested faulted...
Car needed new tyres that weren't in stock and I had to wait three hours to get them although they did 'almost' price match.I would have liked a free alignment check as I'd only had the car a few months and the tyre wear was unusual.
Great service from all members of staff. Access to the site and visitor parking should be better and made hassle free.

I was seen as soon as I arrived and given a lift to work as promised within 5 minutes of arriving which was great. Andy was polite and efficient as always and the person who drove to work was very friendly.

Sytner BMW Sheffield is one of the best centres I have ever used from the day I have had my new car till today which is 5 years later. Every time I visit this place I never had any issues with anything. On this occasion Richard has been a great help.

Excellent service in general, however issues with my car that resulted in a new steering rack were not correctly diagnosed on the first visit.Credit to staff member Jon Crapper who was able to resolve CarPlay and steering issues successfully.

All was good though as I was going to be away in Japan I did try to pre-agree the possible costs for a tyre replacement but in the event this happened during the service.

The pre-MOT and MOT checks were both completed efficiently. However, I was told I'd need a service but found this not to be the case on arrival
This time the team was organised and had a manual courtesy car ready. (Last time this was not the case and had taken a day off work when I specifically asked for an automatic courtesy car, which was told would be ready but not on the day.)

Friendly staff, was able to take my car in early and leave it, updated me with a video once it was complete, all very seamless.
The guys are always amazing, but this time they went over and above. Time from me sending the deposit to picking up the car was all of three hours. Couldn't be happier.
My service was covered under the service pack I purchased. However I was charged £46.33 for a litre of AdBlue. This product can be purchased for £14.00 for 10 litres. I consider this to be totally unreasonable. I will be very wary in future.
In addition to the service I wanted a couple of alloys refurbished. I contacted the body repair shop at the branch who explained the process and the time it would take. Then I booked the service. The 2 jobs were undertaken in a morning. Brilliant !
Really excellent experience again!
No issues with the service but needed brake pads when I'd only had the car two months. Told different things about the amount of friction material actually left and after three phone calls they were replaced free of charge.
Attentive service by Richard and due to commitments on Saturday afternoon he agreed to a monday morning collection of my vehicle. Above and beyond the call of duty.

I asked my tyres to be checked and I thought they had been, but I checked as I thought felt rather odd and one of the tires was at 19psi
The visit was to swap my winter tyres for my standard tyres.On collection I noticed a slightly odd steering feel. When home I checked the pressures, which were incorrect and varied 0.2 bar between individual wheels.The dust caps were also loose.

A lift home was offered which was waiting when I arrived with my son. This was amazing as it meant guaranteeing him into school on time. The car was ready when I expected and the filming of the work done was reassuring and saved time all round.

My winter wheel change was carried out efficiently on the day, I was just rather annoyed to have to wait four weeks to get my car in for the winter wheels change when I booked it in at the beginning of April, and was offered a date in May

I have given a 4 for sytner. Due to how long it took.Also not happy with B M W 5 year guarantee, I had to pay for brake fluid change. I have missed out on a few service parts due to the mileage of the car.
The visit was to rectify some of the 'faults' which existed on the used car I purchased from you less than a month ago, some of which could and should have been identified by your own checks pre delivery

I was dealt with courtieusly and promptly, also I had phone calls detailing the faults found, when I arrived to collect the car I was greeted by the member of staff offered coffee and when my car was brought round It had been cleaned.

Overall very satisfied, I haven't given 5 because there is still an issue with knocking when going into reverse which they tell me they couldn't hear which is disappointing as it is quite obvious to me.
