Always do a good job. Preferred when bookings were not via a call centre. Recent work relates to electrical faults which I do not think should have happened.

slight problem with courtesy car being dirty
I arrived at 12, told the car would not be ready before 3.30. Then told the car had only just been started on and it would be nearer 5.which launched me into rush hour to return to Doncaster. The MOT video described a large dent - no such damage.

Would have been 5 stars but the service took about an hour longer than I was led to believe so I was waiting in the showroom for a while. But the car was left in immaculate condition, and the last-minute issue I reported was fixed.
Easy to arrange appointment through service contact. Prefer to deal with same service person. Problem sorted efficiently with no other issues.
Thorough job plus very clean car at end
I brought the car in to check as there was a warning light displayed about brake problem. The car was returned to me but the warning light was still showing. Warning light had been reset, but the issue was a fault sensor. had to bring the car back.
Not sure why next service is set to 3100 miles
Fun, friendly staff. They knew who I was when I walked in, was offered a coffee, and they offered to pay half my cab fare for the 5 mile journey home. I was pleased the car was polished to a good standard after the service.

Booked car in for a service, asked them to take a look at the clock because it was not holding time. Got the car back and nothing had been done about the clock still have to reset it everyday.

After a previous negative experience trying to buy a car at Synter, this was such a relief to be treated with such consideration and care. This is a great relief for me as was anticipating problems.

Richard in the service department was beyond helpful. Can not praise him enough for his help. However, the vehicle was not repaired.

Very good service as I had to leave the car for a health check and the receptionist asked how I was getting home and offered to call a taxi for me, when the taxi had reached my house the driver said BMW had already pre paid for the taxi. Very happy!!

Not supplied with temporary vehicle as expected, resulting in my plans for the day being ruined. After complaining to service manager an offer of recompense was made, although I would prefer an acceptable level of service to this option.

After pointing out that the problem developed after I fitted a headlight control unit Sytner took 2.5 days to retify the problem which simply required reprogramming. Even more annoying after I asked the customer service this before booking the car in

I would have been completely satisfied as the service was excellent as always except i worked form the waiting area and had nothing but trouble with the wi-fi. I ended up tethering from my phone. not a big deal but nevertheless frustrating.

Car needed new tyres that weren't in stock and I had to wait three hours to get them although they did 'almost' price match.I would have liked a free alignment check as I'd only had the car a few months and the tyre wear was unusual.

The car faulted, taken to dealer. Instructed to collect as no fault to then fault hours later. Explained to engineer car required driving to heat up but just left to idle. When road tested faulted...

Sytner Sheffield and Andy Paton in particular were superb during the sales process. The team took the time to thoroughly investigate finance options based on my needs rather than pushing an inappropriate PCP like other dealers have.

Was kept up to date on the progress of my car, wasn't pestered when I was making my final decision.
It took several visits over a period of months to arrive at the deal I was happy with. I just wonder if this could have been achieved more quickly. Having said that I cannot fault the professionals I dealt with throughout the purchase.
BMW centre was a nice environment however due to the lack of space there isn't much room for privacy during finance sensitive discussions which could be improved on.

My experience would have been scored as a 5, however my new vehicle was not very clean. Toby Langdale (Sales) addressed the issue immediately, but it was not something I'd expect from BMW.
Although there was a delay to the delivery I was kept informed throughout.
5 is just not high enough
This was my most pleasant experience in purchasing my BMW. David Gabbitas was highly accommodating, and in my opinion, went the extra mile to ensure I was happy. He is a credit to Sytner Sheffield and I hope to conduct business with him in future.
I signed up on the Sunday and picked my car up the following Saturday so I didn't have to wait long for it at all. It was then nicely presented to me which made the whole experience.
