My car was recovered in by BMW Emergency assistance. Early on the following I was contacted and the fault was explained and what was going to be done to rectify it. The car was returned in less than 2 business days

The work took about an hour longer than expected, but other than that was as planned. The delay meant that I got stuck in rush hour traffic trying to get home. The delay was however handled well by Richard

The vehicle check should include the handbrake, especially since I specifically mentioned it when handing over the keys, but, after driving away, the handbrake is still not 100%.

I'm very satisfied with the service my car was given although there was one thing that got missed which i mentioned when booking it in - my rear windscreen washer doesn't work (the wiper does but no liquid comes out).

I was told my car would soon need new tyres. They offered to fit them at a price much higher than I was quoted elsewhere. When I informed them this I was immediately offered a cheaper price. Why not just offer a realistic price in the first place? Nt

The minor bumper smart repair was good but 3 cables were disconnected from the front in-car camera for some unknown reason

The service was good, but I was pressurised to purchase a new tyre after you found what looked like 2 nails in the tyre. I took the car to my local tyre retailer and he found that both nails hadn't puctured the tyre and everything was ok
Very happy with the work done and the customer service was as always excellent, I was kept upto date with work done and checked up on the day after. One tiny issue was the carpets werent vacuumed in the back of the car. The outside was cleaned well

There are a few niggles with the car rather than the service we have received from Sytner. 1 The car allows fumes from the car in front to enter the cabin even when the vent is closed before approaching any vehicle. 2 The seats are difficult to adjus

Car was returned with a number of my settings removed/re-set, which took some time to set back up. Also, I requested that the BMW badge on the boot was looked at, as it is corroding, and I am still waiting for call back on this issue.

I had to have a non warranty item rep!aced on my vehicle which I had only owned for four months. This was frustrating but the reason for this was explained to me. I was able to have the work carried out on a Saturday which was very convenient for me
Software update lost all my settings / preferences eg as door unlocking telephone speed-dials etc.. I've had to re-program it all. A back-up should be made before the software update, then re-installed after.

Always do a good job. Preferred when bookings were not via a call centre. Recent work relates to electrical faults which I do not think should have happened.

I arrived at 12, told the car would not be ready before 3.30. Then told the car had only just been started on and it would be nearer 5.which launched me into rush hour to return to Doncaster. The MOT video described a large dent - no such damage.
The reception is A1 when dropping the car offBut always I have to wait for various reasons when picking the car up...

Would have been 5 stars but the service took about an hour longer than I was led to believe so I was waiting in the showroom for a while. But the car was left in immaculate condition, and the last-minute issue I reported was fixed.
Easy to arrange appointment through service contact. Prefer to deal with same service person. Problem sorted efficiently with no other issues.
I brought the car in to check as there was a warning light displayed about brake problem. The car was returned to me but the warning light was still showing. Warning light had been reset, but the issue was a fault sensor. had to bring the car back.

Fun, friendly staff. They knew who I was when I walked in, was offered a coffee, and they offered to pay half my cab fare for the 5 mile journey home. I was pleased the car was polished to a good standard after the service.

Car was ready for the time I specified, polite staff on the service desk and the offer of tea or coffe.
Booked car in for a service, asked them to take a look at the clock because it was not holding time. Got the car back and nothing had been done about the clock still have to reset it everyday.

After a previous negative experience trying to buy a car at Synter, this was such a relief to be treated with such consideration and care. This is a great relief for me as was anticipating problems.
I still have a faulty gearbox. Sytner are no longer interested in resolving.

The handover experience was a pleasure and the staff were very attentive and made sure the whole process ran smoothly. As usual the vehicle was under lights and you were made to feel like your vehicle was the most important one in the place.
Salesman was very helpful and knowledgable. Made to feel like it was a special day when collecting the car.
We contacted the salesman, Mr. Danny Wood, and changed a few items to the specification which were readily agreed.We had to wait a little time for delivery and as we had sold our car privately, the dealership loaned a car until our new one arrived.

Having spent nearly £40,000 I would have expected a tank of fuel, but there was so little in that the salesman took it out to put some in - only took it to a quarter tank though

Good service, however the car could have been better prepared for collection, my car still had patches of a sticky residual on the bodywork that required WD40 to remove.

Sytner Sheffield and Andy Paton in particular were superb during the sales process. The team took the time to thoroughly investigate finance options based on my needs rather than pushing an inappropriate PCP like other dealers have.
