Nigel Marsh Dealer Principal

Doncaster born and bred but worked in Leeds, York and Chesterfield before joining the Sytner Group in 2008.

I Joined the BMW brand in hometown in January 2000, but by November 2005 sought a bigger business opportunity. Had a 2 year 'sabbatical' as National Franchise Director for Honda and Ferrari brands before becoming 'homesick' for the BMW Brand preferring the direct involvement in a business rather than indirect.

I rejoined the BMW brand with Sytner in August 2008 running the Oldbury business in the West Midlands before coming home to Sheffield in October 2009. My arrival at Sytner Sheffield came at a very exciting time, masterminding a major development due to be completed early 2012. The new development will be an industry leading facility on the outskirts of the city to service Sheffield and offering wider easy access to the whole of South Yorkshire.

My vision is for Sytner Sheffield to become famous for delighting its customers, by giving great value service in a honest, respectful and enthusiastic way. We have a great team who despite the outdated facility, strive to achieve the highest standard of customer care.

Although I was born and bred in Sheffield I now live in Rotherham. I have been working within the motor trade for 23 years, 8 of these with the BMW brand and the Sytner Group.

I thoroughly enjoy working with the team at Sytner Sheffield, staff and customers alike contribute to provide a great working environment and atmosphere.

The BMW brand and products are second to none and as the Service Manager at Sytner Sheffield my aim is to continue to deliver the excellent service we offer to maintain Sytner Sheffield as the number one choice for BMW in Yorkshire.

I was born in Harrogate and since then I have always moved south, first to Leeds then Normanton and then Wakefield. I am currently living in Crigglestone, Wakefield where I have been for 23 years. I have been with BMW and Sytner Sheffield for 7 years. Prior to that managing other bodyshop facilities in Leeds, Huddersfield, Doncaster, Thorne and Sheffield.

I love the team spirit here at Sytner Sheffield, Sytner is a great company to work for and the BMW brand produces impressive cars.

I was born and bred in Sheffield and still reside here. I have been involved in the motor trade for nearly 20 years and will have been with Sytner and BMW for 10 years in August 2010. I am a Yorkshire lad through and through having been born just up the road from the dealership at the old Jessop’s hospital and I currently live in Aston on the outskirts of Sheffield. I have spent all my working life in the motor trade, starting as a Parts Apprentice, before joining Sytner and the BMW/MINI brands as Parts Advisor in 2005. Time fly’s when you’re having fun!
