I did not get a reminder buying the car from you, that its mot was due. I have only driven just a few thousand miles in good weather and I found that the windscreen washers blocked, but not covered by warranty then I got a call about renewing it?

Work identified in addition to what the car was booked for (as I was asked if I wanted this service, I did). But the cost was £1600 which was £700 more than the equivalent work at my local Halfords service. Further advice note was not explained.

Took car in didn't take long to find out what the problem was and was able to get the car fixed while I was there. I like that if I needed to leave the car there I would get offered a courtesy car which is great as I don't live in the area.

Jonathon (Senior Retail Management) was involved in final sales negotiations. The implication was that cosmetic cover & GardX were both included, neither of which proved to be on final payment. This made the overall experience disappointing.

All the staff I spoke to were polite, courteous and made me feel special. Martin in the service team couldn't havent have done more to assist me. This was my first AUC via BMW and he talked me through the process and reassured me at each step.

My car went in for a recall and I was really impressed that on my return to the car, there was a bag containing some complimentary products eg air freshener and car wash. This was exceptional service and I've since recommended the garage to friends

It would be helpful to know ahead where i was to bring my car eg to the drive through doors and that a standard check is done aside of any other requested work. I had not imagined being there for an hour, effecting patient care (work for the NHS).
