Overall a good experience and what you would come to expect from BMW. I would have awarded a 5 but was not offered a drink although i expect this was due to covid restrictions.

Jacob was a very personable and attentive salesman who put up with my many different pricing requests and helped me through my first pcp purchase.
The branch was spotless and staff were friendly. The cleanliness of the toilets was excellent and modern. I was made to feel welcome upon arrival and was greeted by smiling staff. I was kept updated throughout the production of my vehicle.
