Very good service experience but very expensive in comparison to other garages. Also I was told I needed a new tyre as a nail was in it. I took the car to a local tyre garage and the nail had not gone through. The tyre did not even need a repair.
Professionally ran dealership that's spotlessly clean and offers a coffee lounge area in which to work from if needed

Excellent communication regarding issues. Complete contrast with Baron's of Cambridge who since buying the car from them have been consistently incompetent.
Nobody was there to take my keys when I arrived and the lift to work that you provided was in a 3 door mini which because I was sharing I had to squeeze into the back, perhaps a 4/5 door would be a better idea in future.

Extremely impressed with the whole ethos
Would have been five stars, but a new tyre was suggested as a screw/nail was showing in the tyre. We decided that we would check before changing the tyre, the screw was tiny and hadn't penetrated the rubber, just lodged in the gap, the tyre was fine.
I was seen promptly and didn't have to wait too long, less than the time window given of 90 minutes. The video of the inspection was sent while I was waiting and enjoying a complimentary coffee.

The service team were unable to explain what had caused the faults and tried to imply that one might be because a drink had been spilt. I took extreme offence to this suggestion given I had only just purchased the vehicle and had not spilt anything
The issue remains with the car and needs a fix from BMW as is a new model issue which is of course disappointing as much to the team in Sheffield BMW as me.

The service engineer was great but the customer service assistant that dealt with me was curt to say the least. The curtesy car had no fuel in it and was not clean. I was then chastised for bringing the car back with no fuel and for being late back.

I suffer from a bad back and asked for the seat not to be moved but it was, otherwise you would have got 5 stars.

Exceptional service from the receptionist, Isetta Bar staff and John in the Parts Department. He thoroughly explained the products available to ensure that the items selected were completely suitable to my requirements
My only quibble was that away after the service, the tyre pressure warning light was showing. I checked the pressures, which were fine, and can only assume that the fact it was showing was a because of some electronic reset during the service.
Feel let down by the service given. Having been a Customer for 20 years at Sytner Sheffield this is the worst service I have ever had.
The small amount of work required was carried out quickly.

Sytner Pirelli P7 tyre cost £227ea. Cost almost universally elsewhere £160ea.
Telephoned BMW representative to arrange for my car to be lok at. This was picked up on the day and returned to me the very same day. Could not fault the way that i was dealt with.
A very quick 90 minutes or so turnaround for oil service etc, time to enjoy a couple of coffees in the pleasant coffee lounge and time to look around upstairs in the M lounge. The final bill came to less £ than I was quoted, so all good.

Excellent service, arranged a test drive while my car was in and arranged me to keep the car overnight as mine needed parts. Service representative Johnny Parton was excellent and took the time to make sure I was OK.
Long waiting time to book car in for service, at least 45 to 60 minutes followed by a further wait when dropping the car off at the agreed time. Collection of car and explanation of service excellent. Car preparation excellent. Expensive service cost

Originally given different booking slot to one I had requested but this was quickly amended by Jonny in the service team.
Overalll very satisfied with the experience. If I had to find 1 fault, I found the valet a little poor. This is the first impression the customer experiences when the car is collected.
They couldn't do enough and although sometimes things go wrong, the staff there were brilliant and so helpful. Especially Maya who sorted everything out for me and did a fantastic job.
1. Never having owned a BMW before, I expected better of a premium brand; 2. Having owned other Motability cars over 20 years, I have always received on-the-spot service when reporting apparently minor problems.
A complimentary car wash was included which is appreciated. However, it was spoiled by leaving the alloys dirty. I asked that to be corrected. The car was taken and returned just as dirty. I couldn't be bothered to repeat the process a third time.
I then made an official complaint and was told Sytner Sheffield would be in touch. Still no contact. I have left messages but with no reply to me. I have been with BMW for 5 years and not experienced a level of service this low before.
Was able to work in a cubicle whilst car was serviced. Richard kept me informed about progress, he was very professional and helpful, he even let me borrow his iPhone charging lead. Received frequent refreshments, overall an enjoyable experience.
Toby, Julia and the rest of the team went out of their way to allow me to have the car I've always wanted, and endured multiple calls off me throughout the day to get me to that position

Problem not fixed on 2nd attempt. Now booked for a 3rd attempt. I find it annoying I had to pay for damage excess on a courtesy car yet because you can't fix it I have to keep getting a courtesy car and paying. service lady very helpful though.

The handover was extremely professional & the car beautifully presented, but I didn't expect to have the TPMS tell me the front nearside tyre needed inflating 2 hours after I collected it. The pressure was only 24PSI so I think this was overlooked.
