Overalll very satisfied with the experience. If I had to find 1 fault, I found the valet a little poor. This is the first impression the customer experiences when the car is collected.
Originally given different booking slot to one I had requested but this was quickly amended by Jonny in the service team.
1. Never having owned a BMW before, I expected better of a premium brand; 2. Having owned other Motability cars over 20 years, I have always received on-the-spot service when reporting apparently minor problems.
They couldn't do enough and although sometimes things go wrong, the staff there were brilliant and so helpful. Especially Maya who sorted everything out for me and did a fantastic job.
I then made an official complaint and was told Sytner Sheffield would be in touch. Still no contact. I have left messages but with no reply to me. I have been with BMW for 5 years and not experienced a level of service this low before.
A complimentary car wash was included which is appreciated. However, it was spoiled by leaving the alloys dirty. I asked that to be corrected. The car was taken and returned just as dirty. I couldn't be bothered to repeat the process a third time.
Excellent service and kept fully aware of what was happening
Toby, Julia and the rest of the team went out of their way to allow me to have the car I've always wanted, and endured multiple calls off me throughout the day to get me to that position

I booked my car in with Scott Walker for health check. He explained everything to me in very simple terms
Problem not fixed on 2nd attempt. Now booked for a 3rd attempt. I find it annoying I had to pay for damage excess on a courtesy car yet because you can't fix it I have to keep getting a courtesy car and paying. service lady very helpful though.

The car sold to myself as a used BMW did not come with an MOT. I only found this out by chance a week later when the vehicle required a software update. The excuse of the sales person had forgot to do this is totally unacceptable.

The enclosed reception area is a major positive feature of the service experience. A delay in receiving a necessary spare part was promptly managed by the offer of a loan car. The car valet is nice and helps reduce the pain of the bill.

Arrived at 8:55 to drop my car off I needed to be at work for 9:45am. Got told a driver coming and wouldn't be long, 9:15 no driver, 9:30 no driver. 9:41 collected by driver. I was late for my shift start at work. Totally unacceptable.

Only issue was I booked a courtesy car when booking online but the dealership knew nothing about it when I arrived. They quickly sorted me out a loan car though but would have been a 5 otherwise

If BMW had provided me with technical advice I requested it would have saved me the fitting charge. After fitting, the new MID did not need "programming" to suit the car. To remove and fit this MID is a very easy DIY task, which I could have done.
Service was done quickly while I waited and was able to have a coffee and do some work on my laptop while I waited

I still don't like having a mini as a courtesy car, its a huge step down. Also it is very busy around 8, getting people in earlier, having more staff or managing appointments might help. Took a while to get in and out.
Willingness to discount prices so we I think where both happy but still waiting to hear about defective alloy coatings

Very good Just one thing they have changed a dust cap on the wheel which was grey in colour to match the wheels with a black standard dust cap which stands out like a sore thumb
Always been looked after well by them and their new showroom and drive-in service centre is superb!

When making the booking at the dealership, the service staff kept me waiting for 45 minutes before coming to see meet me despite 2 requests from showroom staff. Once booked, the whole process was very good.
It took some work and nearly two weeks to get to the bottom of the 360 camera alignment problem I had, but they resolved it in the end and I was kept informed of progress all the way through

This score is as a result of misquoted costs to me and a misrepresentation of costs to my insurance without my authority.It is also a score to reflect the poor comms between management ,team members and enterprise car rental.
I pointed out that one of the switches that auto folds the rear seat was faulty, nothing was done still faulty
I needed a new tyre which they didn't have so caused me some hassle getting it done elsewhere
the customer service was a high standard.refreshments offered.

My service advisor is Richard Holmes. Richard is a credit to BMW as he always goes above & beyond his job description to satisfy my needs. Any issues are handled correctly & to the best of his abilities everytime.
I find the whole experience a bit ott, is it really necessary to have multiple staff deal with the service requirements feels a bit like smoke and mirrors, I just want a prompt efficient service with minimal fuss!
Everything was perfectly timed with the car completed sooner than expected.

Went to collect the car and was left by myself, with nobody coming to see me, until people realised I wasn't being seen. Did everyone leave it to somebody else.

Arrived on time for my early morning appointment and the car was worked on immediately for it's wheel and tyre swap. The car was also washed and I was away back home within 2 hours
Still not fixed the rattle from my engine, Fitted a damaged replacement alloy wheel, All this despite having the car from 8:30 am until 5pm John Fisher advised me if the technician can't hear the rattle that's it! despite Master Technic confirming it

The service person assigned to me continually failed to telephone me back to let me know what was happening with my car even though I left numerous messages.
I was disappointed based on my previous experiences over a number of years. It seems that since the move to the new place in Sheffield that the exemplary standards around customer service have been lost.

Very accommodating with pick up
Fault found on suspension bushes. Engineer highlighted this was cause of vibration & bad tyre wear. Car still under warranty but told it was wear and tear. Car is under 3 years old. I wouldn't expect to replace them as a regular item during this time

My car was booked in for ad blue top up 6th March @ 08.00. On arrival I was told the booking had been made for the following week error at your side, told ok would only take 20 minutes. I was kept waiting for 2 hours for 11 litres of ad blue. POOR
Rang to get an update on how my car went on the MOT to find out if any work needed doing and authorising by myself. Took over an hour after calling the main reception, for a service advisor to contact me back to let me know it had passed the test

Sytner Sheffield confirmed a delivery date when I purchased the car and then assisted me to obtain a seven day insurance cover whilst my own insurance company sorted the extension of my previous insurance. The also arranged to provide me with a lift.
