The member of staff looking after me was great.
In addition to the comment above, every member of staff myself and my wife came into contact with was courteous and welcoming from the reception staff, the lady who made us an excellent hot chocolate whilst we waited through to Richard Holmes.
After several trips, the problem was finally sorted. Unable to get a loan car as there was a month wait for one and I wanted the windscreen sorting ASAP due to it surely being a health and safety risk (water running down the inside of the screen)
Kept informed at all times, did their best to get the vehicle to me as promised.
The "facilitators" are seated in a glass cage and are not easily approachable. During long waiting times, customers should be updated on their repair progress at least every half hour and not left twiddling their thumbs wondering what was going off.

My air fresheners were taken from the front of my car as they were classed as a viewing obstruction when doing the MOT which I understand. They weren't put back and I can't find them anywhere. They maybe just air fresheners but they were sentimental

Good service from the initial greeting staff however not being informed that a single tyre change would take nearly 2 hours was unacceptable. There was a complete lack of communication during the process.

They were very on the ball. My courtesy car was ready when I arrived and I had a video sent showing where the car had failed the MOT. They even let me arrange to have the tyres myself as their suppliers were charging a fortune and they then re-tested

The gentleman who served me was very professional. however as part of the 'package' my car was to be valeted, but it was not washed outside (maybe because it was quite clean already), The wash-up was filled, but with water only, no screen wash.

Even though I bought my car elsewhere, I visited Sytner Sheffield for my service and was amazed by the dealership. It is a premium garage and offers customer service that is second to none.

Attentive, no waiting past the appointment time. It took the amount of time that I was told.
Repair was done to my satisfaction. However I was offered a wash and vac complementary which I accepted. I was quite surprised that the car was only part cleaned (lower front and sides not cleaned) and back footwells not vacuumed.

I was updated regularly with the progress of the repair and Rob even took responsibility of coordinating the removal and refitting of the vehicles adaptation with an external company making the repair as simple as possible.

I have taken my car to Sytner's Sheffield four times for service, every time I have had to correct their record of my car. I run my car on a private registration plate and on all 4 occasions my registration brought up detaiIs of my old car!
Car came back lovely and clean. I liked the video of the work. They were careful to listen to what I said might be an exhaust problem and checked carefully.
Repair still not been resolved. Indicator error came back off less than a week after getting car back.

car was still dirty on collection dropped off at 8am - 5pm, I asked for car to be cleaned and it was the same at pick up. considering I committed a service plan at Sheffield and bought two cars and travelled 60 miles there and back twice for service!

Although the service was excellent, I was left waiting for about 15-20 minutes, which is quite a long time.
After the work was complete we went to pick the car up at the arranged time, after we were informed it was ready. We were then kept waiting unnecessarily whilst our Service Advisor had an internal staff meeting. No-one else would help us.

I booked weeks in advance as I had a specific date and on a Saturday, for my vehicle service, that was no trouble. the service was Ok, dropped my vehicle off at 8:30 had a call at 10:30 to say it was ready for collection, job done.

I'm satisfied with the recent service but I was dissatisfied to the service in March, which led to an accidental spill of engine oil due to the technician's fault. The managers responses were not good enough and didn't follow up with cleaning.

The tyre was changed in the time specified and at the price quoted.
Nobody was there to take my keys when I arrived and the lift to work that you provided was in a 3 door mini which because I was sharing I had to squeeze into the back, perhaps a 4/5 door would be a better idea in future.
Would have been five stars, but a new tyre was suggested as a screw/nail was showing in the tyre. We decided that we would check before changing the tyre, the screw was tiny and hadn't penetrated the rubber, just lodged in the gap, the tyre was fine.

I was seen promptly and didn't have to wait too long, less than the time window given of 90 minutes. The video of the inspection was sent while I was waiting and enjoying a complimentary coffee.

Problem was identified and fixed. Staff were efficient and professional.
The service engineer was great but the customer service assistant that dealt with me was curt to say the least. The curtesy car had no fuel in it and was not clean. I was then chastised for bringing the car back with no fuel and for being late back.
