Maya Sohal in Sheffield branch provided perfect customer care. 5 starts for her. The car stereo system and the screechy noise from the CD player was not looked at. The car still have those issues. 3 stars for the service.

After over 20 years of dealing with a Sytner I have lost a lot of confidence in Sheffield. Things seem to have worsened since moving into new premises.

The problem is not fixed. However, the brake noise has reduced. It took four days to return the vehicle without a full resolution.
My complaint details were not passed on to the service reception thus meaning explaining my story yet again

Everything I expected was executed to perfection.
I'm not clear what the extra charge is for, but if I understand it, I should have received a video showing the condition of my car whilst on the ramps. What else should have been included? Also the 'new' charge could not be explained satisfactorily.

There's not enough characters to describe what was wrong with my vehicle on handback. Please get in touch with me by email if you want more information. Problems were both in the cabin and the engine bay. No inspection can have been carried out.

No one really seems to understand whats wrong with my BMWconnectedDrive problems. Three times replacing the head unit which costs roughly £1500.00

Although the issue was identified and worked on, it was not fixed completely. This is not due to the engineers at BMW or the fault of the team it was more an issue with the water test completed.
did a good job providing alt car but lack of drivers meant extra trips to swap for suitable car half way through

Quick easy and exquisite
Had an appointment at 13.00 and had booked a fast track appointment and was assured upon arrival that the car would be ready. This was not the case.
From the minute you arrive to the time you leave the service you receive is excellent. I particularly like the short video which I find very informative.

Just the delay from having to order the part ( because it was on back order from the factory that was the issue, & no way for me to track the part when ordered.

Although told repair was completed, the fault was still there. Service department did not check the car fully before returning it. When I called the service advisor, Richard, he was immediately apologetic and told me to return to get it fixed.
The work was carried our efficiently and other issues were highlighted and informed so that these could be rectified whilst my vehicle was in the workshop.
Issues solved with no fuss, professional
The only slight downside I have is regarding cost - the price published on the BMW website indicated resetting the service interval indicator was included in the price. Sytner said it was an extra cost and therefore charged me extra.
Easy to book the service, friendly staff who explained everything
The new BMW showroom and service centre make service visits almost a pleasant experience. The weatherproof area for leaving and receiving back the car is a true bonus.
Usually it's five stars but my service indicator was not reset so I had to drive back and get this done.
Would have given 5 stars but having been advised when I booked that the work was inculded in my service plan (therefore FOC) I was dissappointed to be advised that it was not included and therefore needed to pay.

I deal directly with my preferred Service Adviser. I dislike the centralised system & will not use it. I have a long/excellent relationship with my centre: Sytner Sheffield. The service I receive from Richard Holmes is exemplary. Sadly no car wash.

Let down by waiting for authorisation for work under warranty. been waiting 12 days. Phoned to follow up after waiting 10 days. Service agent busy so couldn't speak to her . She did phone back but no information about the warranty work. Otherwise OK

I had to book my car in for the computer to be checked and had to wait over 4 weeks before I could be fitted in with somebody driving me back home after I had dropped my car off/ I would have had to wait a further 2 weeks for a courtesy car.

As stated in the previous comment, I was given the right amount of support and advice without the pushy salesman tactics, this is my 2nd BMW car from Sytner and Im sure it wont be my last.

Excellent experience. Adam Hinchcliffe was fantastic. My only minor niggle was my new car went missing for a few days. It was due at the showroom 12:15 Tuesday and Sytner's could find out from BMW where it was. Adam was persistent though.

Matthew Jagger went to great lengths to explain differences between M2+M4.He arranged for us to road test both cars over two weekends.Having decided on the M4 he found us a car to fit our requirements exactly and promptly.Very conscientious.
