After further debate the sales manager agreed to complete the service free of charge which should have been completed prior to buying the car. I feel that BMW sold me a BMW approved used car, when Im actual fact it was not approved at all.

I would have given 5 stars except that I had to wait an inordinately long time (2 and half hours) just for the two front wheel rims to be exchanged.

The Car Service felt excellent when driven away The Car was valeted and looked super The checking in and checking out was like being in a Race Car Pit Extremely cool and when the Car was driven back in ( WOW )
Didnt inform correct mobile number that was given when car dropped off also video sent to wrong mobile
Several different media appointment reminders which became irritating but totally ignored my email request to see someone from Bodyshop at the same time

I was kept waiting after completing the work undertaken in the bodyshop by Amy Read, service consultant, not turning up soon after due to the poor communications internally
All staff were totally dedicated to making the experience a positive one

Very good service unlike Stratstone which is like dealing with a car supermarket.
We found that the sat nav and a/c were not working, Bluetooth was disconnected, interior console/dashboard had been wiped down with a greasy cloth, scratches on drivers door interior panel and drivers seat position changed so much hard to reposition.

I feel like people care if Im happy or not. Refreshing to find a dealer that believes you (intermittent fault).
From the above, I needed a part which was just a reflector light perhaps five minutes to fix. It would have been a higher score if this had been in stock and sorted on the day. As it was I had to come back a week later for another appointment.
Once we got the accounts mess sorted out I was treated well and promptly.
The drive in service and speed at which the service was carried out was very positive. I purchased an upgrade for the car whilst in service without prior booking and the parts were fitted with while I waited without having to rebook. Excellent.
From booking the appointment, having the vehicle collected, receiving a video of the checks completed to dropping my car back off it worked perfectly.
