Let down by waiting for authorisation for work under warranty. been waiting 12 days. Phoned to follow up after waiting 10 days. Service agent busy so couldn't speak to her . She did phone back but no information about the warranty work. Otherwise OK

From driving in through the quick entrance doors and being greeted by your service staff who moved us into the lovely reception area where we had coffee.The car had a recall and was even valeted when we picked it up What a good experience.

This is due to the inconvenience of having to return my car at a later date for the EGR cooler recall because of BMW part shortage at the time of my 20 November booking. Car was booked in a month before when I was informed about the recall

Booking in seemed to be centralised,not an advisor with technical knowledge.A lift was given to a local shopping mall,but no lift back.Still a pleasant seamless experience so very satisfied

I had to book my car in for the computer to be checked and had to wait over 4 weeks before I could be fitted in with somebody driving me back home after I had dropped my car off/ I would have had to wait a further 2 weeks for a courtesy car.
the customer service i received from Jason as Sytner is second to none nothing is too much trouble and Maya is very professional and easy to deal with they are both a credit to your company. coffee is good too.
No issues and car was fixed without any problems and Richard called to keep me updated on everything.
Car engine light came on when the vehicle was being returned to me so the engineer took it back and sorted the problem

Overall it was excellent. However, one of the main reasons for the visit was to have a recall fitted. I had booked the visit about a month prior, yet only at the end of the day did the garage confess that they did not have the parts to do the recall.

On this occasion i wanted to highlight that the upgrade of software that was done reset a lot of settings so i have spent a lot of time haveing to reconfig settings etc. This was ntomade clear and should have been i think.
It was only a 1200 mile service but everything was done as expected.
Having replaced the motor and lock, the tailgate failed again some 3 weeks later, necessitating replacement of the controller

My car went in for the fitting of winter wheels and was safety checked at the same time, it was washed and I pointed out some scratches on the paintwork and these were rectified immediately- a job well done

I found the staff very pleasant ( Lisa and the delivery/collection driver were excellent. ) however I feel that the No Dogs policy re service loan cars should be communicated upon arranging the vehicle. It is too late when the customer is on site.
The service indicator was not reset? and still shows 10/2018.I would have like to have seen in writing what was done in the service, plugs, filters etc. There is a code on the invoice "Carry out EVHC & C-IT-NOW" I don't know what this means.

Whilst the service I experienced with my most recent visit to the garage was good, and the work was carried out as promised, the issue I have with radio reception on my new BMW X3 has not yet been resolved, and continues to be frustrating.

There are some areas that are excellent such as answering the telephone, arriving and dealing with mechanical problems. This time it was fabulous how a scratch was polished out saving us money but there are problems in the valetting side of things.

After advising Sytner in detail of a similar problem the car was booked in for with a previous car, no attention was given to the information given. The car had to stay with Sytner overnight for lubricant to be delivered!?, causing inconvenience.

Unfortunately i had a major fault with my BMW. Fortunately for me my car was still under manufacturers warranty. BMW's warranty was tested to the maximum in that a replacement engine & many relating items were needed. BMW Sytner Sheffield 10/10

The salesman was very good. The only thing I was disappointed in was spending £135,000 on a car and only having a teaspoon of fuel in it. This is the first time I have purchased a car from bmw main dealers and not had a full tank.
As indicated above the sales personnel were fine but the build quality of the car isn't up to the hype that BMW promote.
