Cost. Almost £1,000 for two new tyres and a service. Service costs are also misleading online as it cleasrly stated £320, however i was charged over £500.

I bought the car from Synters. I booked it in for its annual service. Synters failed to point out that the MOT was due, so I have had to book a further visit just for the MOT (now 30 minutes from Grindleford).

Excellent one to one service from jacob. Could not fault him at all. Really pleased with my purchase. From the moment we entered the store from reception onwards it was an excellent encounter with everyone concerned.

I would have scored "Completely satisfied" if all the issues were fixed at the first attempt. I had 3 issues plus an oil service. None of the 3 issues were resolved as the tech could not replicate the issue. Car was returned nice and clean.
When I arrived I was told I would be paying the full price. What is the point of having an offer on and calling to make the booking and been told the offer price if this then doesn't pull through to the dealership ??

Scott Walker is by far the best service adviser I have dealt with. Most fail to answer my questions or fail to supply me with the information. Scott is the exception, nothing is too much trouble and he has good knowledge and prompty delivers.

The service was completed, and a check of the vehicle was carried out, a video was sent.
The ease of booking the service was great and changing the date was no problem. The fully covered service bay area is first class and I was also kept fully informed of my vehicles progress through the service.
Fitted us in at short notice and helped make a bad day get much better.
Always waiting a long time to be booked in and a month waiting for a courtesy car I don't think is very acceptable
I was told not to collect my car straight away after it's service as it was being cleaned. When I collected it the car hadn't been washed on the outside and had just had the foot wells vacuumed and dash wiped over. Not the usual standard of cleaning.

I could go to BMW in Doncaster they are much closer but as above all the staff are polite and keep me informed at the progress of the car service.Work is completed on time ,sometimes quicker than anticipated.

The level of service was high, and I have nothing negative to point out or criticise on this particular visit. It was all very good service that I would expect from BMW.
I visited on the rainiest day of the year which affected me getting to work and back. I was offered a lift from the dealership to work as buses were unreliable, and use of the business lounge to take part in a Skype meeting until this could happen.
My problem was sorted quickly even though the car wasn't purchased from them it was diagnosed quickly and my service coordinator Safi and the engineer Dale came to me personally to explain what was the problem and how they were going to resolve it
On this occasion I needed a quick service and had my car turned around in one hour. Very impressive. However I would not wish to sit around in the customer area for much longer and the access to the City Centre or Meadowhall is not great in the rain.

Communication not very good. I've emailed 6 times now for a copy of my wheel alignment. I've been ignored on every occasion.
The drive in facility is really useful, the garage has a large and comfortable waiting area, and the work was completed to time and at the cost quoted. The service agent was very friendly.
Jonathan Parton made me welcome right from the start of my visit. He explained to me the process, and highlighted to me that the service quote provided to me might in fact be slightly higher than the actual cost. Good of him to point that out.

dealing with recovery may be you should have technical Bmw engine s on call 8.00am 3.00pm I disconnected battery witch reset the systems which then. started car for removal to Bmw.

Staff identified a hose that has rubbed against another component. I appreciated the offer of free fitting and purchased a new hose. As it was badly fitted in either the factory or a subsequent service. Completely satisfied would mean a free hose
Service booked in ok to take 1 day however received phone call to say wrong parts delivered. Which meant second day without car. Although a loan car was arranged it still caused a lot of inconvenience.

New front tyres were fitted - they were not the same as the original fitment but MW approved. They were slightly under inflated (2.4 vs 2.5 Bar).

My screen wash isn't working
Vehicle went in due too creaking noises emitting from the left suspension/steering. These can still be heard. I also notice afterwards that the mudflap on the left hand side seems to have been dislodged and doesn't sit as flush as when first fitted
As explained above it has always been a pleasure to deal with the company, many of the service technicians , sales and body shop staff I have known for a long time and they always strive to give me satisfaction
My current BMW is the fourth I have had from new over a 15 year period during which I have never had cause to complain regarding the standard of service given to any of my vehicles.
