I assumed the service would be a little quicker due to the scope of it so was slightly surprised how long I was told I'd be waiting. Car was then delivered within the timescale and cleaned on the outside.
Great facilities and attentive staff
Car booked in quickly and sorted easily under warranty. Drop off and collection was efficient and friendly.
Richard was superb. Sytner take care over the car and the customer. Even with covid protocols I was able to work in the café while my care was worked on.

Safi explained what would be done to the car during the service she also gave her card so I could contact her if I had any questions after I had left,. She told me roughly when the car would be ready and called me when the car was ready.

Not only are the issues in hand attended to and explained but a duty of care is evident from arrival to departure and there is no cohersion to remedy faults ASAP unless the issues are deemed unsafe.

Although we hadn't planned on changing our car quite so early this year, the deal was a very good one and we went ahead. The car was matched to our requirements, everyone, Sales, Finance and Reception staff were all very cheery yet professional.

Was met promptly on arrival at the center, shown the car in its own collection bay, finalized the last of the paperwork and drove away. The parts of the center I saw were clean and well maintained, and the necessary distancing procedures in place.
Difficult times but they did everything they could to assist. Salesman, David Smith especially helpful.
The experience was great even without been able to visit the car show room in person. Also the unveiling of the car which was sent the day before pick up was a nice touch.
