It was a recall and everything went smoothly
All the staff at Sytner BMW in Sheffield are welcoming and go out of their way to ensure each visit is a positive one.
Was going to give 4.8 stars as on my previous visit all the dust caps were missing after the service, but you did give me another set when I was next passing so 4.9.
Car easily booked in, job completed to agreed timescale, good customer service.

I was happy that they fixed the reported problem on the first visit and that the potentially expensive repair (replacement turbo) was covered under the warranty. The biggest disappointment was the inconvenience of no courtesy car being offered again

Covid 19 precautions allayed my safety fears, so I was happy with that. My customer service rep, Richard, explained everything that would happen very well and kept me informed of the progress of my car's service.
Easy to make contact and friendly and efficient service.
Service was good, but customers were not allowed to wait in the customer sitting area. I had to wander around outside for 6 hours until my car was ready.
Sorted out my problem
Even when the car was returned to myself . I had A call from the sammy the day after checking all was okay. Never had that before. She has been great from start to finish .

Scott was very professional and went out of the way to help me on the day loading my bicycle and did best under the circumstances / outside wash of car .
