After further debate the sales manager agreed to complete the service free of charge which should have been completed prior to buying the car. I feel that BMW sold me a BMW approved used car, when I’m actual fact it was not approved at all.

From the above, I needed a part which was just a reflector light perhaps five minutes to fix. It would have been a higher score if this had been in stock and sorted on the day. As it was I had to come back a week later for another appointment.
