Lisa, the service advisor kept me informed. Explained everything in detail and really knew what she was talking about. I got the impression she was really experienced in her role and not just following a script/procedure.

Even in this trying covid period I managed to book my car into a 90 minutes slot which suited me perfectly. The service staff were very courteous and kept me fully informed as to what was required and also how the work was progressing during my stay.

This was a drawn out purchase, I first ordered an X5 but due to the pandemic I had to cancel this and look for another car. I was specific in the type of car I wanted George kept in touch and over a few weeks kept looking a managed to find one.
