All staff very attentive, there was an issue with time, another customer was having a problem which delayed our collection, it was no fault of Mark Lomas, he was apologetic and in the end he made unveiling of our new car special to us.

They checked the issue I asked them too, and despite the app saying I'd need to pay £100 for a vehicle check (which is INSANE) they didn't charge stating that a vehicle check comes under the warranty and service.

It was a recall, 2nd in just over 12 months, it's inconvenient. I don't like the "go sit in the waiting area and someone will be with you"...I checked in on line, it was a pointless waste of time waiting to give the info again

Very expensive. When I took the car in the tyre pressure needed attention and I left it thinking it'd surely get looked at during this expensive service. After driving three miles I discovered tyre pressures had not been adjusted

told I was booked in for warranty works on 20/03/24. Was a lie. Had to book in for later date (04/04/24) and now being told that I will have to pay for the investigation at £120 per hour. Same dealership left me without a working seatbelt for 4 month

Paint peeling found on right front alloy wheel after their hand car wash, they refused to get it repaired, I bought this car in June 2023, the conditions of all alloy wheels were very good, I have photos of all of them when I purchased.

They didn;t apologise for the BMW faults or give any explanation but replaced items after making me wait for the parts on order 1 week, then to add insult to injury said the wrong boot strut came. for a 3 year old car to have these faults already bad
