You need to stop MOTing the car when there is clearly an issue. A car with an airbag light that came on that on morning doesn't need a test to know it will fail. That should be investigated first and agree next steps before punting through the test

I gave Sytner Sheffield very short notice with my request to book my BMW in for MOT They were more than helpful and managed to fit my car in within 5 days which was amazing by any standards,on the day of MOT Sytner also serviced the car. Perfect!

Work to vehicle was great. The person who checked in the car was taken ill in the afternoon, and no-one seemed to pick up his customers, so after informing reception I was collecting the car, I waited 80 minutes before anyone came to see me.

Brought car in before 9am, it wasn't worked on until 4pm, consequently didn't get it back until the following day! No contact at all, couldn't get hold of my advisor - not good service at all - expect better from BMW

Good at first confirming a time between 9-10am. They promised a bmw technician due to the fault but first booked a pick up firm, then changed this to a bmw technician for a much later time. Due to drive to france later today so all very stressful.

The car was dropped off at 8.30, work didn't start until after 1pm...why a long delay? Since then I've spoken with service about an issue and no one within BMW appears able to answer my question about a subscription I never knew I had. Really poor.

I was impressed by the vehicle scan g and the awe of checking my car on for its drivers air bag recall. The automatic system and text message kept my fully informed on progress. The video showing the chassis of my car was very informative.

Was originally informed the service warning on vehicle was for an oil and micro filter change. Took a call lasting approx 25 min to book in Invoice was for brake fluid change Had MOT and wheel alignment done same time

Came in for a MOT and air con regas which I was overall happy with despite being left waiting after arriving yet again. Was offered a complimentary wash and valet which I accepted. However the inside of my car was damaged while under sytners care.

I feel that Sytner tried to make the repair as quick a process as possible. They kept me informed throughout what turned out to be a protracted repair. I believe they saw that I was not treated as they would have liked me to be by BMW themselves.

Pretty poor service, had my car from 8:30am to 5:30pm to then tell me I needed 2 new tyres and a bonnet catch replacement, I was asked for a 2nd day under the agreement it would be back before 2:30pm - didn't get it back until 5:30pm, messed about.

Responded quickly when we called in without prior booking with a very noisy trapped stone in the rear brake mechanism. We had only purchased the car month earlier, initially thought would be covered by BMW used car warranty

As my vehicle was in for a planned service and brake fluid change. The video didn't show the sump plug off, with the oil only very slightly dripping. Video was out of focus with showing breaks and pads, the colour coding and wear was excellent
