Jonathon (Senior Retail Management) was involved in final sales negotiations. The implication was that cosmetic cover & GardX were both included, neither of which proved to be on final payment. This made the overall experience disappointing.

My car went in for a recall and I was really impressed that on my return to the car, there was a bag containing some complimentary products eg air freshener and car wash. This was exceptional service and I've since recommended the garage to friends

It would be helpful to know ahead where i was to bring my car eg to the drive through doors and that a standard check is done aside of any other requested work. I had not imagined being there for an hour, effecting patient care (work for the NHS).
