I don't know if the aircon refresh add on was done it doesn't smell or seem any different. Complementary wash needed drying proper lots of water marks all over windows and car and dust making it look like the service was rushed.

General service for repair was ok. According to the engineer who came out from BMW to inspect the fault advised that the fault is likely due to the previous repair (carried out by Sytner). As no explanation has been given by Sytner, it is likely true

At Sytners Sheffield the service is second to non and in my case I was informed that I needed a four year service which i was't aware of so everything worked better than planned

Want to give 5* for the staff but had an issue with the courtesy vehicle provided. I know you clean and valet customers cars but maybe the courtesy cars should be given the same attention. The smell of cigarettes was overwhelming.

Customer service wasn't great. We had a courtesy car with enterprise which was arranged by bmw but enterprise were calling us daily as they hadn't been paid for one of the days we had the car- Sytner told us they weren't bmw so not their problem

Everything was straight forward, brought the car in at the arranged time, was called straight after it was okay to pickup. The recall part was fitted at the same time. Very efficient!

I had a problem with a faulty key. It was difficult to diagnose but Sytner Sheffield staff were very helpful. The fault had arisen while the car was still under warranty. A new key was provided and connected to the car without delay.

A technician called Dale came out with me to try and pin point the fault I was visiting about (an annoying vibration rattle). He was very friendly, helpful and sorted the problem for me as well as providing me with a fantastic vehicle check video.

The one thing letting this interaction down is the personal hygiene of the member of staff who moved my vehicle. The smell of body odour from within car, when collecting, was horrendous.
