They worked the collection around me and I was remortgaging at the time which was stressful and Neil rice took care of everything and made me feel at ease with timescales of collecting the car.
Neil and the staff at Sytner Sheffield did everything they could to assist me despite the COVID pandemic. Neil even offered me to bring the car back down after the lockdown so he could do a proper handover.
The handover of the vehicle was not what I would normally expect, but this was due to Covid restrictions and not any fault of the dealership. The dealership did everything to make the new car experience as good as possible under the circumstances.
