Efficient service in general. Service Advisor very good, kept in close contact through email. Negotiated with BMW effectively. Felt risk of Covid-19 was mitigated effectively.
My BMW was in for a recall and I was provided with a courtesy car to use, whilst there I was told it required a service in the near future so it could be done for me while I had the courtesy car. Recall and service were done Very quickly so thanks
